Exhaustion hunger

- Well, THIS is my hunger. Not the starting wish to eat but fatigue and soon exhaustion, accompanied by increasing irritability. The hunger in its sense appears afterwards and can be satisfied by ordinary food for a while only unlike the whole poor condition.
